SHIPPING PROCEDURES

All shipments are based upon stock availability. All in-stock items can be shipped via UPS-Ground or UPS-Next-Day Saver or FedEx-Ground or FedEx-Next-Day Saver. If any shipment is refused, a $25 fee will be charged to your account. Same-day shipping is available on any in-stock item on all orders placed by 4:00pm Central Standard Time, Mon-Fri. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We can deliver to PO Boxes using FedEx or UPS SmartPost. Current published shipping rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii – please call or email for shipping quote. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Nor do we ship to freight-forwarding companies.

TAX

Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC is located in the State of Oklahoma and is only obligated to withhold 8.5% sales tax for delivery within this state. You will not be charged sales tax if you live outside of Oklahoma.

BACKORDERS

If an order is placed for any item not in stock, Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC will place the item on backorder and will be shipped when the item becomes available via UPS or FedEx Ground. A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by contacting us via phone 800-483-4208

Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and or other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

PAYMENT METHOD

Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC accepts all major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of order. Please provide the exact billing address & telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may delay your order. Customers on net terms acknowledge that Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC may charge the credit card they placed on file to receive terms if their open balances become past due and we have not received payment.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY POLICIES?

On occasion, E-mails are sent to Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC  customers. We periodically send out notices to our customers in regards to new products or product changes. Your personal and account information is secure as we value our customers privacy. HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS SECURE?

We use 128-bit encryption technology on all parts of our site that requires you to provide personal or account information. These include online ordering, order status, order history, and email information.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We are unable to cancel an order once the order has been processed and shipped. However, if the product is unavailable, you can request cancellation on back-ordered items by calling our toll-free number 800-483-4208. You will be notified if your order cannot be cancelled.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

The receipt of an electronic order or verbal confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item, without prior notification. Additional verification may be needed on orders placed of $500 or more in order to protect the interests of our customers.
