Lifetime Warranty on all of our Made in the USA cartridges

Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our Made in the USA ink & toner products will not cause damage or abnormal wear to any compatible laser printer, inkjet printer, fax or copy machines. If damage occurs to any compatible laser printer, inkjet printer, fax or copy machine due to a properly installed but defective Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC made in the USA ink or toner product, we will service and repair the laser printer, inkjet printer, fax or copy machine or, at Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC option, reimburse our customer for the full amount for all service and repair to the machine in question. This warranty is dependent upon the client providing Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC with satisfactory evidence that the machine damage was due to a defect in Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC made in the USA ink or toner products, including a statement on the service company’s letterhead dated and signed by the company’s service representative. Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC liability shall be limited to the service or repair of the damaged equipment or reimbursement by Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We won’t be satisfied until you are.

Warranty Periods

Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC Lifetime Warranty on all of our Made in the USA cartridges subject to normal storage conditions in a climate-controlled environment,

Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC warranties its Imported remanufactured and compatible products for 3 Years from the date of invoice. Since Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC has no control on the manufacturing process, Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC does NOT offer any other warranty for imported cartridges. Just replacement or refund.

For OEM products only: All returns and replacements must be directed to the manufacturer if it is after 30 days of invoice date. Manufacturers warranties vary by product. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

Shipping Damage

Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. The shipping carrier is responsible for such damage.

Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC will not issue an RMA number for products damaged during shipping. Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC will, however, place a new order for you while the carrier is processing your damage claim.

About RMA#s

If you ordered a product from Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC which needs returned or exchanged, you must get an RMA#. You can get an RMA# by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.

We will process your request as soon as we receive it and supply you with an RMA# so you may send in your product.
